With Estatemanager rights, you can reboot the sim, check script usages, adjust all sim options and settings, change ground texture, terravorm, divide land, Sim wide bans, allow or block flying etc...
We also allow you to subrent land. We give you complete freedom for your pleasure or business.
You do not need a premium account to rent Homestead Sims from us.

Important Note on Linden labs Imposed Limitations: A Homestead region has lower performance than a Full region and is intended for low-density rentals, quiet residential or light commercial use. It is limited to 3750 prims and no more than 20 concurrent avatars.

Additional Info: Open Sims are run 4 per CPU compared to 1 Sim per CPU normal sim. This means the sims can use a maximum of 25% of CPU power as well as 4x the sim software being run on that single CPU.
