Renting Land:
When renting land with us you get many advantages.

First and most important advantage is that we give you full land rights. Which means you can deed land to your own groups, access to all land setting like dividing land, terra forming,  land ban option, media setting, damage on/off etc...

It is like owning your own land. You are even allowed to sub-rent the land, or build houses to rent them out. All this is no problem, but you will be responsible to take care of your own renters and people, and rent payment to us.

Full land rights is unlike other offers you find in second life, were you need to be member of a group from which you get only limited rights and options.

Renting land with us does not require you to have a premium account.

Half Sim : 50K ld's (50.000)
Quart Sim : 25K ld's (25.500)
1/8 Sim : 12.5K  ld's (12500)
1/16 : 6.5K ld's (6500)

TO RENT:
Visit our office at LANDMARK LINK, there are notecard givers located with notecards that have detailed information of our available sims and lands for rent, including landmarks you can visit to see the lands/sims.

This does not apply to renting a whole sim, but only for divided sims.
*NOTE For Clubs:
Clubs we allow on a minimum of quart sim. If you are planning to open a club you need to notify us first, as not on all sims allowed. As well we would need some basic info like average visitors. We need this to make sure that the club can even work in that spot without slurping up all sim resources.
Clubs have to obey fair use policy, which means, Club owners should be considerate, Don't lagg out sim, don't crash sim, don't take up all sim resources as sim is shared and everyone including the other people who are residing on the sim should be able to enjoy there stay. On average a club should use 1/4th of sim usages on a quart sim.
Clubs will only be Allowed on Commercial/Residential designated sims, and NOT on Low Commercial/Residential or Residential only sims.

Also please read our covenant. All our divided parceled sims have a general covenant. Which is also listed on the sim. (by going to world then region/estate the Covenant tab you can read the covenant inworld.
